Since the age of eight years old, I have had the mindset of doing my best and helping others succeed.

I consider myself a quiet leader who leads by example with attitude, effort and integrity.

Nothing has been easy, and unfortunately, some of the knock downs were of my own doing; however, I always find a way to get up and keep going.

I have had the privilege of working in many fields from construction to manufacturing to education, and all of these have provided invaluable life lessons.

Regardless of the occupation, it has always been my philosophy to learn, to train and to outperform the man in the mirror in what he did yesterday.

I have earned two college degrees after the age of 30, that has awarded me the honor of teaching, coaching and leading thousands of people to give their best effort while collectively helping the group succeed.

A win for me is not displayed on the scoreboard at the end of the game, it is set in the heart of person and is displayed for years to come.
